OTG Consulting

OTG Consulting, LLC is an Illinois limited liability company based in Lake Bluff, Illinois.

What we do

We provide business consulting and build practical automation for small businesses.

AI call answering for local service businesses

Small local service businesses, such as gutter cleaning, pressure washing and window cleaning companies, often miss calls while the crew is out on a job. Our service helps them stay responsive:

• Call answering and intake. When staff are unavailable, an automated assistant answers the call, handles routine questions and records the caller's request.
• Lead alerts. The business owner gets a short summary of each inquiry by email or text message, so they can call the customer back quickly.

The assistant always says it is an automated assistant. It does not quote prices or make scheduling commitments on a business's behalf.
